Courage. Fight. Determination: Ryan Geer

Few words do justice to depict Ryan Geer. At 22, he is a young man with an incredible sense of fortitude, developed from his traumatic experiences as a teenager in high school.

As a victim of bullying, Ryan was forced to make tough decisions at a young age, where insecurity and vulnerability can easily consume every facet of your existence.

Unlike the countless others subjected to the harrowing effects of bullying, he was able to overcome these issues. Ryan is mentally very tough, and credits his love of sport for helping him be where he is today. “It was my only outlet, my only getaway.” He believes that; “without the distraction, I’m not sure where I would be, or what I would have become.”
